P4-7 had a super day visiting Loch Fyne Oyser farm and restaurant as part of their Marine investigations topic. Richard Hunt-Smith showed the children around the Oyster Farm and explained the process that the oysters go through before reaching the customer. We then went to the restaurant to learn about smoking salmon.
The highlight of the day was sampling the different types of salmon, with very few plates returned with anything on them! Toward Primary thank Loch Fyne Oysters for having us for a very informative and lovely day
